This website tells you about Towsons and our brands. You may use it for your own information. Please do not copy its content, logos or images for any other purpose without our permission, and do not try to interfere with how it works.

Buying from our brands

Our products are sold through our brands' own shops and through marketplaces. Each sale is governed by the terms shown where you buy, together with your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

The Towsons portal and app

The Towsons portal is our internal business system, for use by Towsons staff only. Its "Towsons" app connects to services such as Google on Towsons' own behalf, as described in our privacy policy. Access is limited to people we authorise, and it may not be used for any other purpose.

Liability

We take care that the information on this website is accurate, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it is always complete or up to date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
